FREED: 5 Steps to Let Go of Negative Feelings
I wrote FREED to help people who feel stuck in cycles of stress, self-doubt, or unresolved emotions. Drawing on my years of work as a hypnotherapist and mindfulness teacher—as well as my own recovery journey—I’ve created a practical process that guides you gently through even the most difficult feelings.
At the heart of FREED is the FREED Method:
Feeling – learning to recognise and name what’s really there
Resistance – noticing what it is you don’t want (what’s keeping you stuck!)
Experience – allowing you to connect with your physical experience
Examine – shifting perspective and choosing supportive action
Distance – creating perspective so you are no longer defined by what you feel
