“I help people let go of negative feelings rapidly, so they can access their deepest wisdom.”
My mission
My mission is to help people release negative feelings — so they can move out of overwhelm and into clarity.
When we shift powerful emotions such as fear, anger, hurt, sadness, or guilt, we gain access to insight. Insight is that nugget of gold — the very wisdom we’re searching for, yet so often can’t reach because we’re stuck in problem-solving mode.
As we release difficult feelings, insight almost magically appears. With insight, we see our circumstances with fresh eyes, reassess what truly matters, and move forward with awareness.
How My Work Helps
My work is grounded, practical, and designed to create rapid emotional change.
Whether I’m working 1:1, teaching mindfulness, hosting workshops, or speaking on stage, I help people:
dissolve overwhelming feelings quickly
move out of emotional reactivity
access clearer thinking and deeper insight
reconnect with their intuition
respond to life with greater calm, ease, and confidence
Everything I teach is rooted in neuroscience, mindfulness, and over a decade of clinical experience — but more importantly, it’s rooted in lived experience.
People don’t need more information. They need a way to feel better, fast — and to gain clarity in the process.
That’s what my work is for.
The FREED Method
I created the FREED Method — Feeling, Resistance, Experience, Examine, Distance — as a practical way to shift negative emotions gently and effectively.
It’s a method built on neuroscience, mindfulness, and years of lived experience and client work. It helps people move rapidly from the turmoil of emotional overwhelm to a place of calm.
FREED is simple to use but profoundly powerful. It helps people reclaim the space beneath their feelings, reconnect with clarity and intuition, and move through life with more ease, courage, and confidence.
Who I work with
I work with people who want to quieten their emotions rather than battle them — individuals, leaders, parents, and teams navigating the pressures of modern life.
I support people who:
feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, stress, or emotional overwhelm
sense that their feelings block clarity or intuition
want simple, effective tools that work in real life
are moving through major life transitions
are ready to reconnect with their inner wisdom
My approach is gentle, honest, and highly practical.
You don’t need hours of meditation or years of therapy — you just need to work with emotions in the right way.

A More Personal Note
Outside of my work, I’m mum to my wonderful five-year-old daughter, Sophie. I love yoga, running, and taking mini adventures in our Tentbox.
I meditate daily and genuinely try to practice what I teach — if I share a tool, it’s something I’ve used many times myself.
Like anyone, I’m not immune to being swept up in the rush of daily life. But I’m deeply grateful for the tools I’ve learned along the way. The sanctuary of the present moment is only ever a breath away.
If you’d like to work together
I’d love to support you. You can book a session, enquire about speaking, or explore my podcast and book below.
Emotional clarity is closer than you think — often just a single step, a single breath, or a single conversation away.
