I’m currently developing a series of online courses designed to help you work with emotions in a meaningful, practical and supportive way — wherever you are.

These courses will guide you through The FREED Method™ step by step, with a blend of:

  • Gentle emotional processing practices

  • Hypnosis and mindfulness audio

  • Nervous system education

  • Practical tools you can use in real life

  • Reflective journaling and integration exercises

Each course is created with care — shaped by lived experience, clinical work, and the hundreds of people who’ve used the FREED framework to shift emotional patterns and feel more grounded, clear, and empowered.

The first course will be released in early 2026.
