How I Work
Most clients work with me online via Zoom, which means you can access sessions from wherever feels comfortable and private.

About Me
I’m Dr Kate Delaney — hypnotherapist, mindfulness teacher, and author of FREED: 5 Steps to Let Go of Negative Feelings.
I’ve spent over a decade supporting people through anxiety, overwhelm, emotional patterns, and nervous-system imbalance.
My approach is compassionate, practical, and rooted in both lived experience and science.

In-person sessions available in Chichester (limited spaces)
Working Together
Sessions are 60 minutes.
You can come session-by-session or work more consistently over time — whatever feels right.
