Kate delivers a range of mindfulness workshops as well as the 8 week MBCT mindfulness course. These can be delivered either face to face or online. She also provides bespoke workshops on request.
INTRo. TO MINDFULNESS WORKSHOP
(90 Minutes)
Introduction to Mindfulness is a great workshop for introducing your team to mindfulness. The workshop covers the basics as to what mindfulness actually is, how it can help with stress and overwhelm at work and offers some simple takeaway techniques.
THE FREED WORKSHOP
(90 Minutes)
The FREED workshop follows on from Introduction to Mindfulness. It introduces the FREED model which is a mindfulness process designed by Kate. It enables the rapid processing of negative emotions to improve focus and access to insight. FREED is very useful for teams as a way to enhance focus and wellbeing at work.
THE STRESS AWARENESS WORKSHOP
(90 Minutes)
The STRESS awareness workshop is a stand alone workshop. It combines an interactive stress survey to evaluate the stress of the team with practical techniques to reduce the experience of stressful moments when they are actually happening.
THE 8 WEEK MINDFULNESS COURSE
(8 x 90 Minutes)
The 8 Week Mindfulness course is in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and is known as the gold standard in mindfulness training. This course is particularly useful for anyone experiencing depression or anxiety but will benefit anyone that would like to find some space in their busy lives.
