Before I got sick, my life was full — travel, adventure, a PhD, a sense of direction and purpose. And then, almost overnight, everything was taken from me. For years I battled a disease that stole the life I’d built, even affecting my brain and stripping away my independence. There were moments I genuinely didn’t know if I would survive. But I did. Slowly, I rebuilt my strength and retrained as a hypnotherapist and mindfulness teacher, transforming the hardest years of my life into a deeper understanding of healing and human resilience.
Today, I use that hard-earned knowledge to help others release fear, shift their emotional world, and reclaim their own lives — no matter how far away recovery feels.
