Mindfulness is a powerful tool that can enable communication and understanding between individuals and as a result enhance team integration and performance. Kate offers workshops for small to medium sized teams to enable them to explore how a mindful approach may help them achieve individual and team goals. The format of the training can be tailored to your specific needs and incorporate a blend of mindfulness training, team building, personality profiling and goal setting exercises.
